2.20 for flat ceiling, to ground floor & 1st floor....
18"x18" access opening is install below toilet's floor trap, so that u no need to pecah the ceiling in case any leaking/ blockage of the sanitary piping.

he was introduce by a friend, a nice guy & i'm quite satisfy with his work.

at that time i was outstation, so i just passed a set of key to him & he did it without my supervision tongue.gif

yups, they call it man hole...but the "man hole" is refer to sewerage's inspection chamber too rclxub.gif doh.gif

rm50/no ..very cheap loo, may b its only 3 nos so he offer cheap cheap to close sale tongue.gif , the opening & the cover come with pvc angle too
