As from my Settings/Battery use detail/ , I can achieve 5 Hours of LCD On time before I need to recharge the battery at 5%.

I use SGT as my second phone. Use it to SMS, check mail, browse net (Heavy usage), fb and chatting. Normally I will switch off DATA mode when not in used. As I can see, my SGT can last for 5 hours of LCD active time before the battery drops to 5%.

I am planning to flash to OVERCOME 2.0 beta tonight. Hope it can further extend the battery life.

I am using RHBinvest. Sadly, SGT cannot view the website. RHBINVEST only has apple app. I am thinking to get a cheap ipoh touch and wifi tethering with my lovely SGT.

Opera mini compress the data by their own website. It uses it's own gateway also. So XXX rated site wont be filtered...

just want share about my experience.

normally, i will use gsm only mode with data packet enable. this will connect me usng edge.

i use gmail sync, fb sync, twitter, yahoo weather and stock sync.

i am heavy browser and read a lot of pdf and doc files.

based on the battery display ON time, i can get 5hours.

if i on my display for 2 and half hours a day, i only need to charge it after two days.
