Mitmivec: did you run PATCH when test the bootloader check?
If your tab cannot reboot go to download mode. Use odin flash rotohammer jme revive it . See page 1 on rom flashing for details n links

@Mitmivec.... yup Uncle Benny is spot on. For now, just follow the steps according to Uncle Benny's details in Page 1, to at least get back to Froyo. Once you've got your tab revived, then follow the Overcome guide.

As I always tell the folks at XDA, just follow each and every step, carefully and patiently in the guide and you should alright. I think you skipped the pre-prepped and jalan straight to get the files and flash right? Don't worry, we all were like that once.... super excited when got new toy! ;-)

Yup, just give me a day's notice or two for any TT session... and I'm in.

No need to turn it on as you won't be able to do if brick. Just Go to download mode and use odin to flash rotohammer JME - sure can revive tab. Many users here has revived theirs this way

I've hit this "supposedly" dead Tabs before. In testing, with some of the weird stuff some of the other devs allow me pre-test, but somehow it just get's "supposedly" fried. I know the dreaded feeling when it strikes. But somewhere along the way, it just turned back on later... dunno why, but it does. None of the devs has ever been able to tell me why, when it happens. Hold the power button down for a while. Hold it down and do a nice slow count to 15. Wait for a minute or so, then hit the power button again. Sometimes, I'd have to wait a while... sometimes I let it charge for a while, hence connected to the adapter... then take it off and repeat the process I mentioned earlier.

Then the stress relieving sight of the Samsung name & Galaxy Tab logo appears.... Feels really like voodoo....

Your Tab really can't make it re-boot?
BTW, what is the reason you give?

Since you mentioned before, the Samsung Technical people already know you, you could ask them to replace a new set.

Yup, and assuming you're rooted already, you're good to go. Just follow the guide step by step, and let Odin finish the flashing completely. Some of the modules like factoryfs can take a bit of time, so don't be impatient and restart or unplug your tab till it's done. Good luck and have fun!

Using Odin is quite easy just let it finished flashing until the Done status indicated in Odin

Battery problems are reported here and in various overseas forums - this seems to be a hardware issue. If you still faced such issues of poor charging, drastic battery drops, unit sudden shutdown, difficult to restart  - send in to replace the battery. I remember it can be done same day
As long under warranty - is free . For battery, I think is only 6 months - correct me if I am wrong

Those users here who has reported this and got it replace , please advise where did you send in to for replacement

Guy any one come across good phone book management?  cause i accidental import my phone book from another device 3 time. So now most most contact is triple duplicate, original phone book can't do bulk delete
