 50 kg for men consider underweight?, Anyone got the same problem?Any opinion?

Try to get proper diet bro. I also same boat with you. Then I read few thread in this forum and bodybuilder forum and find out that I didn't take proper diet.
Eat a lot but junk food also thin haha. But now got good progress. biggrin.gif

With 175cm tall and 57KG weight previously. After 2 weeks with new diet plan, without taking Protein supplement yet. Gained 1.5KG+. smile.gif
Going to get supplement soon to boost up powahh!

I'm forced myself to eat 6-7 meal per day! Sometimes I felt funny to see that. Full all the time. XD
