I am not too sure about this.... but I think you should really do your calories counted each meal. It must be frustrating, since I am a guy too, and I know watching out at the numbers everytime you eat is atrocious. Find the calories calculator and try achieving around 2800 calories a day. And by going to the gym... Are you doing cardio? If yes, please stop.... Only do weights. And again, 4-5 meals should do the trick.
