I usually jump rope, the easiest exercise which i do daily, eat well, 5- 6 meals per day, sleep well, but yet can't gain weight...50 Kg for 5 years too =(

That particluar supplements are only meant for increasing your appetize,
but then i do have the mood to eat and eat! i can even eat twice amount of food per serving. sometimes, i do wonder about the possibility of the presence of tapeworms in intestines which could take up the nutrients etc |
