my client wants to let go his shoplot in Damen. 2 storey freehold. facing the retail mall, same block with the residential towers.

Asking RM 4.2mil nego.

if u guys are interested let me know. i'll hook u up with the owner.

yeap. that project already breach RM1,100 psf right now.

and i honestly do not think property prices in Subang area is going to decrease for the next 3 years.

probably stagnant for a year or 2 and up again.

Damen oledi has indicative price of 1kpsf for shops back in end of 2010. Insider booking in early 2011. Signing spa on feb 2012. So 1.1kpsf is not sthg to b proud of. 1 thg gd. The management honour their words so far. Guess LAD is the way if they dun race against time. Gd oso. Late vp n let lrt runs first. If lrt ever complete on time la.
