Erm...

Well, recently, i felt that someone with eyeliner is kinda pretty and gorgeous with their pretty eye “popping out”

From what i've known, as a beginner should use eyeliner pencil right?

So i'm wondering which brand of eyeliner pencil would be suitable..

If can, I hope that the eyeliner pencil is in more economic pricing, convenient, not easy to smudge?

u can just go Sasa and pick one, as long as u try it and find it can draw a smooth line then it is good enough for beginner.

everyone have preference on the thickness of the line or how blackie u want it to be. Practice more then u will find your favorite pen

i like shu uemura's eye liner pencil; but it cost about rm70, if i am not mistaken...and compared to the others it does not cause itchiness to my eyes after applying it and after removing it....

Oic.. thx alot, i just got one, probably practice 1st then only buy the quality pencil eyeliner ^^
