Eyeliner Pencil, Which brand would you recommend?

Erm...
Well, recently, i felt that someone with eyeliner is kinda pretty and gorgeous with their pretty eye “popping out” From what i've known, as a beginner should use eyeliner pencil right? So i'm wondering which brand of eyeliner pencil would be suitable.. If can, I hope that the eyeliner pencil is in more economic pricing, convenient, not easy to smudge? thx gals  =) feel free to drop ur opinion as well  |

Oic.. thx alot, i just got one, probably practice 1st then only buy the quality pencil eyeliner ^^
