It needs time. Too many shopping mall around this area already...
Some more the visibility is poor. Located within a cluster of housing area. The only intended customers/patrons are from the surrounding residents only. And the surrounding got so many other choices to choose from... |

This land which SS2 mall situated should be used to built bungalows instead, or those boutique houses/townhouses.

But the nude woman jumped is at The Tropics, then Tropicana Mall shall be affected, not SS2 Mall?
