as far as I can see, sunway giza mall not many vacant lots since last 1.5 years. the only vacancy at the moment is the former club (coccoon?) next to movida.

KD is becoming a WONG place. Library open where? at the club coccoon ?

What about the serviced residents being built on top of Encorp Mall? Got potential? 

I love watching movie at encorp mall cos not much crowd, can relak like it's my own living room. i give it another 6months to a year before it gets crowded.

got potential if go in early, when i went all the south facing (away from highway) all gone. also very expensive. also i prefer FH. but i think that whole area got potential to boom some more.

if i had more cash this area (kota D, tropicana, ara D up to saujana subang) i would choose ara green (new) and bunga raya condo (subsale at saujana side). these two development i felt were somehow special and stood out in the crowd for that price range of 600-800k. my philosophy is to go for something unique, not just pure rental play. but strictly my opinion 

i'm interested to know others' philosophy when buying props. care to share what you look out for

i like sunway parkville.
casa indah is under some stress now with some very nice units at a bargain. could be a jewel after mrt is completed.
