SS2 mall is a failure since it open begin 2011, (the % taken up is low, almost 1/2 year)

so are they gona build the mall n apartment or jus apartment?? q3/4 is not long from now..expect everything to be done by 2019/2020

if the new owner choose to rebuild, it will fail again n again..even Tropicana city aso declining even faster now!
