QUOTE(erymanthus @ May 5 2011, 10:41 PM) After you install the Ext4 v1.2 apk, it will automatically convert RFS to Ext 4 right?....but how to change back to RFS?...is it easy to do so? Use the app again to revert to RFS.Thanks.....i"m on Chainfire 3.1 too....also thinking of trying EXT4 but not sure if it is easy to undo.... |

QUOTE(Scorch6 @ May 5 2011, 10:55 PM) Just wanna ask...any of u guys here using a different earphone besides the stock wans?if yes...does it make a difference if a much higher quality earphone is played on android/stock music player?feel like purchasing a new wan... The power of Wolfson DAC is extraordinary. When I'm hunting for a headphone, I just brought my SGS (with Voodoo sound hack of course) to audition all available headphones. And I can tell you, the budget on the headphone is the limit. SGS just push every bit of the frequency flawlessly. I just settled out at AD700 coz that was my maximum budget for a headphone. |

QUOTE(gmhafiz @ May 5 2011, 11:39 PM) So far only they provided headphone audition before purchase. If you happen to be there, prepare to be "racun" by the selections. In fact, I'm doubled up my budget. Dunno whether the headphone or my SGS racun me to go higher. |

Hi Guys,
I would like to say thank you to all of you, SGS community. The experience learnt in this thread was marvelous. I'm gonna miss you all. I'm already sold my SGS to the highest bidder and the funny part is all the bidders are my office mate. In fact, in my company, all the android users are using Samsung.... Galaxy 3, Ace, S, SL, Nexus S & Tab. It is quite surprising that I could not find any other android brand... I still can remember my HOD did told me that our mobile messaging service map for corporate email does not cover android OS, I just replied to him... do not worry, android user can configure themselves. Lastly, I would like to clear a few SGS items, anybody interested pls PM me. The price for both is RM75. All items are brand new and kept as spare. QUOTE(lightning69 @ May 10 2011, 04:24 PM) Don't get me wrong. SGS is Good phone but I think there is a lot of problem with this phone that stop it from being a great phone. If I would to recommend a phone for my friend, I won't recommend the SGS as its not that good out from the box and many user just won't or don't know how to flash to custom firmware. I personally love to play around with the software so I am ok with the SGS. But most people don,t really care about customising the phone. Ip4 is selling so well (no.2 selling phone in the world now) because it's simple and straight forward and not because it offer lot of customisation. Most people just want a simple and user friendly phone and not forgetting stable phone and ip4 has all that. If someone approach me to get an advise for a phone (friends, family or office mate), I will straight shout out IP4. Unless, there started the conversation differently like "I would like to have phone that can do this, that etc..." Hate of being unofficial customer support later on But surprisingly, my dad recently own SGS 8GB (Arabic firmware), I never recommended him on SGS afraid that I will be the lifetime technical support but he insisted to own this phone when he visited my bro in Saudi. 60 years old man also can appreciate Super Amoled hahahahah. And he is well versed with the Android system, quite a surprise. The only question he asked me was "What is WPS?" Who said Android is complicated.
