developer is Jaya Megah Development Sdn Bhd. Kim Reality only marketing agent..
interested in this project but after survey last nite..found that YTL cement eiter depot or factory in front of site. little bit dusty area and main road quite small. |

Can some one share about DIBS scheme..? can we trust DIBS offered by the developer..? Another issue, what pro and con compare residential btwn commercial land title..?
