OD normally registered in BNM as OD facility, separate from HL, So under normal circumstances it doesn't count as another HL (housing loan).

But certain bank registered it as HL,,, all you need to do is to provide the offer letter/evidence to prove it's OD rather than another HL facility.

This property seems to have no End- financing...
my bank (UOB) turned down the End financing request...
Doubt the resale value if no financing in future.
