Provided you settle the loan and S&P within 30 days then you will entitle for the ipad. But OCBC is not in the panel list yet and this will just slow down the process..plus the loan need to liaise with lawyer, again OCBC need to liaise with the panel lawyer this will wasting the processing time as well.
** If you get loan from OCBC, make sure the banker pass your case to the developer panel lawyer, cause normally banker will pass to the lawyer they close with in order to get the commission. If they pass to the other lawyer, you need to bear the lawyer fees and yourself.

If you got your loan approved on Mon, then align with banker to sign the loan offer on tues or wed, u should have enough time to complete all the thing by 12 June. Always get your agent to assist you, this will expedite the process. wink.gif
