Dieting in terms of calorie restriction alone is not a gud way to lose fat.. even if u do lose .. ur heart/lung function is still de same .. u nid to build tis up so tat it can 'last' a life time.. once tis is up, evrytin else will fall into place .. less tired climbin stairs/stress control/ clearer pathways of ur arteries/veins/control of sugar in ur blood.. u not only look better , u feel better too..

I read an article recently in Discover n researchers say to live to 80, u nid to exercise and eat rite.. to live to a 100 u nid gud parents..

Hahaha..

I kena once.. had to collect at de local collection ctr [over here its in Bg Dalam, Bworth].. Pckg was less than rm500.. n when pointed out to de local k-guy, he agreed .. he was mildly surprised [only mildly .. ] tat I was asked to collect.. In de end , he released wifout me having to pay any tax..
Wat shldnt be held back is still kena tahan n worse hv to go collect at holding ctr . tis only happens when pckgs need sirim certification or need to pay tax..
