I think you cannot equate a company (in this sense a sdn bhd or bhd) with an enterprise/sole proprietorship. If it is a real company then, you can consider yourself an employee and create pay slips, open an account with EPF and make contributions to SOCSO (only if you are eligible base on your income). If you are an enterprise/sole proprietor, it is as if you are an individual which means you open an account with EPF and self contribute (max RM500 pm) and you are not eligible for SOCSO so get your own insurance.

just use microsoft word and make your own payslip.

Buy salary voucher and put a company chop .. Easy..

You do those computer form pay slip, salary voucher, normal printed a4 paper with microsoft template, etc.. They are all the same.. Bank will accept but no way they will give u loan easily.. You'll need either a guarantor, 3 months company bank statement or KWSP (most important).

Income tax mails the blank forms with the blank E form to the employer. The employer is supposed to make copies, fill it up, and then give to their employees.

We could previously download the form from the Income Tax website. But for some weird reason I do not understand, they don't allow that any more.

Select Majikan/Employer, then year 2010. Click GO.

But the forms are marked FOR REFERENCE ONLY.

Details of the complaint : I’m not buying that ARC SABER 8DX RACKET, but he told me that he has ARC SABER Z SLASH TAUFIK HIDAYAT EDITION to let go

Confirm deal with seller Tuesday 31 May 2011 but ended deal with him Wednesday 1 June 2011 2.00pm near KL SENTRAL.

He claim that his friend racket that he help to sale..bla bla, bought it at AJ BADMINTON SHOP, PUCHONG
After I pay him RM400 for the racket and in the late evening when I want to try the racket..Its seems weird on the cone/shaft
Serial number, I’ll suspect it is imitation (FAKE) racket that he sold to me...

Wednesday 1 June 2011 10.30pm = Sms user to confirm whether the racket are original or fake? - NO ANSWER or NO REPLY

Thursday 2 June 2011 10.00am = Call him a few times but now the no automatic 'bz' all the time.

Thursday 2 June 2011 12.30pm = Call him with my other no, suddenly he pickup and tell me he want double check again with the shop..bla bla
and will call me back at 5pm on the same day.

Thursday 2 June 2011 5.00pm = No call I received from him, and I make a few call and against the no simce 'bz' when I dial with my no and the other no.

Conclusion = Dishonest forumer seller/Irresponsible, Senior Member some more...banned him!!

p/s: i will upload the fake racket later..

make sure u did this and keep 3 month to have a salary amount income to ur bank account, they still have ask u to print statement from bank.

These sort of people we really don't need. Selling fake items, we need to do something about these people.

I think you can use the Carbonize paper for pay slip which u can buy at any paper shops, dot matrix printer and a PC. Format is freestyle as long as u have name/ic/employee no/ epf and socso no/ amount with deduction and of course date.
