If you run your own business, you shouldn't be creating payslips for yourself especially if you are a sole prop. Anyway for a loan, the banks want to look at the last six month's account transactions and your tax form as well as any additional collateral you might have.

If u are running a business then u can just use BE form or whatever form its called i dont know...

U can get higher credit limit using business form (platinum card) than submitting using your own salary slip

There's no such thing as a proper/legal payslip format. Any tom d|ck harry format also can.

My payslip is electronic style and doesn't even have a signature on it, just the company logo only.

It has my name, the month, base salary figure, epf figure, socso figure, pcb figure, and that's it. don't even have my IC number or any staff number.

Do you even have a registered company at the moment? If you do, you have done the EPF / SOCSO / PCB things already. Have you submitted your annual profit estimate and the monthly prepaid tax installment schedule yet?
