Anyone have the link in LHDN website where we can download EA form? I need to export it to excel format.

I googled and also access from the website also cannot find where to download ea form. I use the search button in LHDN website but it leads me to nowhere. Anyone can ? Thanks a lot

Want to ask about Pampasan bagi pemberhentian kerja. I was reading the nota penerangan. It says that bagi pmberhentian kerja pada atau selepas 1 julai 2008, pampasan dikecualikan adalah RM10,000 bagi setiap tahun genap perkhidmatan dengan majikan....

If let's say employment tenure is from Apr 2008 to Aug 2010. is it counted as 2 tahun genap?

also it states there rujuk helaian kerja HK2.7 dan lampiran B5 untuk pengiraan. where is HK2.7 and lampiran B5? i print out the nota penerangan also don't have.

anothe thing i'm confuse in the nota penerangan column D12, what is yuran langganan perkhidmatan internet jalur lebar? whoever got pay for subscription of streamyx internet connection can claim?

ooh thanks for the link. I couldn't find the complete guidebook to download. the one i downloaded is just the first part only, without lampiran and helaian kerja.

for insurance, any type of insurance also can be exampted or just life and medical insurance? what if my insurance covers the 36 ilnesses etc but it is a saving type of insurance. can be exempted also?

for the broadband exemption, streamyx home internet line also counted?

I also put in my bank account details. I thought they wil bank-in direct. they still sent me a cheque. Submit on 19 Mar, got my cheque on 06 April. Kinda fast.
