Anyone missed / skipped their income tax submission / payment before? I have yet to do mine and I am not sure whether I am eligible to do it or not (I was earning basic of 2.5k last year and gotten a raise to a basic of 3.3k in August last year)... Moved to a SG-based company in February 2009 and still trying to make some time to go back and check on my income tax matters. The few questions in my mind now:

1. How much do I have to earn to start paying for income tax?
2. What are the punishments for missing out the payment?
3. Do I still need to pay if I am now working in Singapore?

Friends told me that I can get jailed or fined 10k-20k for this kind of matter, it is not true, right?...
