Hi guys,

I've yet to receive an EA form from my previous employer which I left middle of last year. Is there something that can be done? They seem oblivious to the fact that they need to prepare one for me even though I left mid last year?

Any advice?

When did you first get your pin? The digicert is valid for 3 years only. If expired then you need to get a new pin.
