I was told by IRB that i declare my income for year 2007. The officer told me to go to LHDN and get 2007 BE form.Do I have to go to my previous company to get the EA form for year 2007 ?

ermm im not really sure am i being audited or not . I called the Irb for some payment matters and the officer informed me i have not submit my income tax return form for year 2007

a silly question to ask ,

I have a back dated income tax that have not been submitted . It's for Year 2007 . I contacted lhdn and was advised to submit the Income tax for Year 2007 . I have the EA form for year 2007 ,but not sure how to submit .
