Submitted my 4M upgrade registration few days back and today notice my line has been capped to 4095/511. Quite odd since its supposed to be 4096/512. TM sent me an e-mail saying installer coming tomorrow at 12pm. Hopefully can ask him tomorrow to cap it to 5mb.

currently getting 115 ip range and my account is still capped to 1.5M cause speedtest.net to cyberjaya server getting only 1.35/0.33 and ping is 25ms. quite good i think..

Got my 4Mbps installed yesterday. Called installer this morning requesting to cap my line to 5120, he said he will request TM to do so, but till now no signs of 5M yet. Any ideas how I can make this happen faster guys?

NOC should be working on saturday's right? Anyways I don't think he will upgrade my line cap to 5M today, its already 4pm. Looks like I will wait till Monday and call him again then.
