Your downstream and upstream SNR is too low for 4Mbps, which is why they said they cannot support.. also your attenuation is too high for stable 4 Mbps

DS and US SNR should be at least 25 and and att should be less than 20...

If you're on premium... well just queue up multiple files in your DL manager.... I have to queue up at least 7-10 simultaneous ones between 9pm to about 3am just to cap the line to the fullest extent....

If you're not.. well tough luck

Each segment only uses about 30-40 KB/s which by itself is pretty abysmal....

A TM tech is supposed to have come to check your line stats and give you your TM issued modem/router for the 4 Mbps Blockbuster package... should have taken no more than 3 - 4 working days after your application got approved by TMNUT's office where you handed in your app forms..

After the TM guy comes if speeds are still the same...

Call TMNUTz up and ask them about it.... Ask to be transferred to the 4Mb department...

Hammer them daily until the speed increase happens and your Speedtests are consistent at 3.5+ Mbps to a local server (e.g to Cyberjaya or KL)
