QUOTE(Mr.Wang @ Aug 5 2011, 08:18 PM) The 1st choice is tm technician. If they refused by giving you lots of excuses, then you call 100 (ask for level 2 support cos the standard support know shit about this stuff). If the technician or the level 2 customer support is nice and understanding, you'll get what you want. Otherwise, expect to receive 1001 excuses of why you cannot get 5120kbps. It depends on your luck. Added on August 5, 2011, 8:19 pmJust go to the tm point to upgrade. Of course technician will come to your house to test whether the location of your home can support 4mbps or not. icic.. is there any contract tied to this 4mbps thingie..? quite dissapointed today.. the unifi technician came to my house and say need rm500 for the wiring .. really wtf..

QUOTE(AjkR06 @ Aug 5 2011, 08:27 PM) According to the officer at the TMpoint, he said to me that any upgrade, relocation of homeline and Streamyx, they will renew your contract for the minimum period of one year... Execption for the super upgrade deals, where the new contract is 2 years... Alright thanks for da info Better stay back to my 1mb streamyx .. Lol

However when checked with speedtest still 1MBps only.i'll be calling 100 in the morning tomorrow to see what's going on. where to check 4092/511 ah mate..? i cant wait n called 100 dy jus now.. n they ask grandma's story as usual and end result is asking me to wait 24 hours..
