try off ur modem for about 1-2 minutes.

after install the new modem, my installer told me only after 5 day i will getting my 4Mbps speed.and he asked me to turn off the modem on 4th day for about half an hour to let the system reset my speed.but since the new modem has low LAN speed,on 2nd day i change back to my old billion modem and Dlink wireless router to get back my LAN speed. and my internet speed just going to 3.4Mbps after i on the modem.now i need to figure how can i ask the TM to cap my speed a bit higher so i can get 4Mbps since my installer dont layan my request.

my utorrent cannot download anything since i upgrade to streamy 3.2Mbps.. so sad.. any chance to overcome this?

yaa.. recommended ahcheap for his services. almost 1 year asking TMPoint about 4Mbps, and they told me my area cannot get 4mbps because far from interchange. then i submitted my application through ahcheap, in 5 days, im upgraded.really nais speed.

mine about 350-420kbps..

can ask to change our port from 4096 to 5120?
