I have upgraded my package to 4mpbs since 1month ago...
this is my latest status of my line

and now i want to ask I'm staying Kampar Perak and when I'm access to the speedtest.net
the location of my ip is at Sarawak.
when i ping the KL server i get 50-70ms
but when ping to penang server i get 110-140ms
anyway to solve this??

Hi, i have problem on transfer my 4mbps line to new address, i have go to the tm point and they telling me that my distance from the intersection point is 3.1 which is extra 0.1=.=" and now they dun let me to transfer my line to my new address only if i'm downgrading the line to 1mbps...i wish to get the 4mbps line so, any1 can get the 4mbps line with more than 3km distance from the intersection point? how? please let me know...tq
