Upgraded from 512kbps straight to 4mb thru BB deal.

Just notice that first 2 weeks' speed was bursting like rocket, but eventually the rocket slows down over time.

Until now, my max download speed was around 250kBps which compared to the peak moment right after upgrade 380kBps.

And guys, how to I get to look into my ADSL statistic? ~ =)

With that shit speed, u should make a complaint to Tmnut.

Type your modem IP address into your browser, login with username and password and go to ADSL Statistic page to view.

Oh, how to complain ler, they just said check check check then make no actions.

I'm using Aztech modem, seems like there's no option like 'ADSL Statistic' page on my modem eh

Every modem has an ADSL statistic page, except for really cheap and old modems.

Aztech is a bit different but it should have the same thing, try to google for your model and find some instructions.

U can call 100 non stop every 2-3 days with the same issue, tell them your line is only at 60% bandwidth capacity, tell them this can be considered as consumer fraud and that you will complain to MCMC if they dont fix it. Bug them until they help you. This is how everyone in Malaysia does it, its the ONLY WAY for Tmnut to help you.

Best effort of Tmnut = sometimes good, sometimes bad connection, but "mostly" good.

It is not = always the same crap speed every day for months.

They are breaking their own rules if they can only give you 60% speed everyday.

I've searched each option and what I found in most probably should be the statistic would be this:

But I don't see what the figures like you guys see.

Hawht, being at 60% bandwidth I actually felt satisfied initially. But since you said so, maybe I should really bug them out for the matters eh.
Tmnuts are always making people nuts rclxub.gif

That is your router, you need to log into your modem to get the statistic page. Modem is the small thing with ADSL or Internet lights connected to your router.

It should have an IP for you to log into. You may need to connect an Ethernet cable straight from modem to PC LAN card to access the modem.

Yes, BUt my computer is connected directly to my router. Do you mean I have to disconnect from my router and connected directly to my modem again and get to the config home page of my modem to look into the statistics?

By long ago, I've configured my router to connects my modem to the Internet directly and my PC connects to a port of the router. As my family members shares the line. =)

4mb BB deal user reporting in!

However, these days, my connection is up and down like riding roller coaster.
Sometimes download buffer can reach 250kBps, sometimes as low as 80kBps.

What's the highest kBps should I be getting? ~ :@
