I'm using 1mbps plan (for few years) and I've heard unifi coming to my area next year, can i upgrade to 4mbps while waiting for unifi to come?

BB deal is RM140/month (phone rental inclusive?) but minimum subscription 12 months.
Normal is RM 268/month not include phone rental and normal fixed line rate. <- bloody expensive

Is there a way to upgrade without tying to the 12month subscription contract?

Streamyx BB deal, means one month you only pay the stated amount etc. RM140. got phone rental and got tax?
