guys, im on the old rm88 1mbps streamyx seperate from fixed line. is it possible if my area got 4mbps and i upgrade my streamyx only to 4mbps without the blockbuster deal? meaning, just upgrade internet and leave my fixed line package just like it is now?

hi guys, i just subsribed to 4mbps last week. technician came to my place saturday morning and said my line should be up around tuesday-wednesday.

since yesterday, im already stuck with 175.* and 218.* ips, i believe these are 4mbps ones right. still, my speed stuck at around 180kbps-190kbps, and my connection type ADSL_G.dmt. iinm, if my line confirm 4mbps, it should be ADSL2+. any pointers? thanks.

speedtest to cyberjaya is around 1.9Mbps only and my connection mode still ADSL_G.dmt. will wait until tomorrow before i call the technician. he was very friendly and gave his number to call if got any problems. he did say give around 3 days before full upgrade, so tomorrow will check again how. thanks.
