From Sabah and just got my PHONE line installed at my place today after almost 1 year of waiting (11mths ++). My area is new apartment phase so it took some time

Last couple months been emailing to TM cust care and told them I'm gonna email to skmm about it which I did in last 3 weeks.. Finally after all that complaints, in 2 mths time I got my line today and tested 4mbps its fine but haven't really test for whole day, only switched on a while only just now when contractor came in

First time on 4mbps...hope can get good download speed later on

got my first time 4mbps installed yesterday and already started downloading last nite (after almost 1 year without phone line, due to staying at new apartment phase...)

on 21x IP
ping results ranges from 70s to 180ish (not so good)
full speed download reaches to around 550Kb/s (also not that stable with that)
TM capped my dl speed to 5120

Overall, I'm still happy with the new package
Youtube streaming was fine, sometimes buffer error

better not restart the modem at all, hahaha

im happy with my 5120, good enuf for me but never get full to 5120 one, only max at around 580Kb/s for 1 second then drop again using premium download. so far switched on for 2 full days, no dc yet, cross fingers

now i have new prob.. hard disk space!


btw, do share ur average size download per mth using your 4mbps?
i just started but last time on 1mbps a year ago, already reaching avg 200gb - 250gb/mth for me
