hey guys, been using 4mbs since early this year. torrent speeds reaching 450+mb den 2 weeks ago my torrent speed dropped to 20kBps. My speed test only reach 2.50mb-3.00mbs..

Called 100 to reboot but still same problem, after 3 times of calling them the techs arrived but they've been here 3 times & my torrent speed is still 20kBps.

anyone having this problem??Gonna call them again...
