I recently upgraded from a 1MB line to 4MB, and the installer came to do his checks etc on 18-Aug. I've still not gotten the upgrade yet as of today. They claim 2-3 working days but it's been a month! I've called Technical > 10 times, and even after getting 3 reference/service numbers, I've yet to receive ANY feedback on status and upgrade is still NOT done Has anyone gotten similar experiences and have managed to get this sorted? How should I be going about doing this? Frustation has reached epic levels with TMs legendary customer service/support, including their assigned agents who aren't picking up calls.
