i saw the new batch persona scale down the sound insulation material. There is no bituminous layer at the rear tyre fender. Please take a peep.

I see. Did u checked the door panels as well? The door and pillar panels are quite heavily insulated as well. U will be able to hear the difference by lightly tapping the panels on the new models and comparing it to the previous batch.

Perhaps it's just a case of careless mistake by the factory workers for not covering the fenders with bitumen layer? Is this only seen on the display car or on other cars as well?

2 car parking over there also same issue. Maybe computer error? or Proton trying to cut cost follow NAZA style?

Take a picture of it & upload it here.
Really? Which batch is ur friend's PE?
I shall investigate this matter and refer it to CoSE for explanations. It is humiliating if Proton is really trying to cut cost as the insulations are one of PE's plus points.

i brought my cousin over to placed booking for persona h-line

- rebate rm1000
- free steering lock
- tinted voucher rebate rm400 for security films & rm200 for normal tinted
- full tank petrol
- smart tag

IS this the best offer the SA can offer currently?

Right now my cousin negotiating with public bank for lower interest rates, perhaps he can get 3.3%, since he have house loan over there.
