sometimes my engine when startup, will not start no matter how long i ignite it, and when i tried a second time, i succeed, sometimes i took 3rd attempt to ignite my engine! why???

when i was in idle, no matter how gently i lifted my clutch pedal, the engine shrugged like my whole car is having osim, then my engine dead. i heard my friend's also having same condition like mine.

worst still, my winder got problem, 1st lvl 1. can claim from Juru SC?

my mileage as of this morning is 5640km, so it's time to do service? um, as usual change engine oil, filter plug gasket, and filter oil right? according to the 1st page, Juru SC can bring own lube right? which lube is the best? i pump caltex...
