Hi guys, just come back from COSE this morning.

I complain about :
1) Steering turn to left or right (turn until maximum) , will hear a very loud gril machine grilling the wall sound.
Advisor Answer : This is normal and the sound come out from power steering pump.

When i drive back home that time, i had passby a SC which near my house and i show the same problem to the SC advisor, he told the same thing with additional : power steering fuel overflow causes the sound especially turn until maximum and accelerate. He also say this is happen to most of the Power Steering car.

2) Air Cond repeatedly over cold and normal cold air.
Advisor Answer : This is normal, depend on temperature knob, if turn more cooler it will remain more longer cooler air, then back to normal cold air, repeat and repeat.

3) Wiper Water Tank does not have a Pipe that measure the water level.
Advisor Answer : New Model all is come without the pipe already.

4) Car Boot Lid hard to open or totally cannot open by using key.
Fixed ! loosen a lot when turning now. But when reach home, problem come back again.

5) Brake not eat at all...
Checked ! Top Up Brake Fuel.

6) Engine Compartment got 2 area got rusk
Painted to cover the rusk, however still can see the rusk

THIS ROUND SERVICE TOTAL DAMAGE = RM0.00


However, i still have alignment and balancing problem. when drive up to 100 - 110km, steering will vibrate. This problem plan to solve outside.

and already asked 2 tire shop, Alignment + Balancing will cost RM 30 + RM24 = RM54 for 15inch tire, cheaper RM6 then SC charge price RM60.

Ya, i also think No.3 is bullshit as owner manual already mention got , and some Persona owner told is got.

No.4 Hmmm might use it later to solve the problem

I order on middle of February 2011 and get it on 2nd of march 2011.

how much does this cost ? Where can i add this ? SC ?

I at COSE that time ask the advisor, any solution for this? he answer is normal. no solutions

Guys, wanna ask , who knows which SC got install orifice valve in Batu Caves or Gombak or nearby area ?

i went to Sri Gombak Branch and they seems like donno about this "orifice valve"

Just added today, so far sound still got, but decrease a lot. As long as dun turn until maximum and reverse the car, then should be ok.


Last time turn a little bit while reverse also got sound, now less a lot.

service center at greenwood park not bad, even he told me is not really related because this sound is original cause by steering pump when max turning the steering which cause pressure on the pump and come out sound.

however, i ask him can i add this orifice valve ? he say sure, why not have a try since is free.

Some more is saturday. he do it for me also while other SC not offer warranty claims on saturday.
