i got same problem like your aircond, last week send to puchong sc while doing 6k oil change, they help me to reflush ECU the ok ady, report say reflush ecu.

I don't know, the report mention like that, i think they just adjust slower rpm at the interval of compressor kick in , then only let the rpm back to normal (i guest only lah), donno how they do but result it's work, not said 100% smooth after that but the shaking feel is less, the early morning "cloug" sound when first kick in for compressor no more.

Yeah some sort like that.. 16bit ECU can only have that much parallel channels.. 32bit pushes for more refine chanelling.. Can do more finer mapping..
