i thought the warranty follow the 1st unit... 

So telco follow apple waranty or first unit

it's a refurbished set, as in someone bought it, returned it (maybe just after a few days of using) because got problem, apple go fix it and replace any not-good-as-new parts, and give it to u. so look at it as an iphone that passed QC twice

the refurbished set is same as the new unit mate..every unit need to pass mandatory test before that unit be given to the customer...dont worry about their quality mate... 

sure same quality. it's not that apple simply give you second hand stuff

it depend on how u use n take care of ur phone mate...how u cycle the battery energy n how u press the home button...

Mine is a replacement unit, but honestly I feel better to have a refurbished unit. Because it is usually 100% no problem since the phone is being investigated and take apart and put together again with all the new stuffs.

My original unit has no sound output so i cant live with it lol. As with this refurbished unit, i dropped my phone two times and seems like everything is still functioning well 

BTW, why are u guys using 3rd party charger when u have the original charger that comes with the phone. so fast spoilt 1 ar?

3rd party charger means the charge which is made by other manufacturer and not by apple..it including wall charger, car charger n battery pack mate...

u r rite, the output is not same as to the original one..but not all 3rd party charger not supply same output.u need to choose a better brand which is certified made for iphone like belkin car charger... 

maxis gave me a replacement set last month...
Pros:
1. dropped twice still prob FREE
2. it FREAKIN NEW!!

Cons:
1. Yellowish effect on the screen compared to previous ones
2. Itz not M'sia set

settings-->general-->about-->MODEL

my replacement set is MC318(LL) 
M'sia set shud b (MY) instead 

*Brightstar normally will take all the prob iphones and send to singapore to get it fix.
* I ASSUMED the replacement sets are mostly from Singapore or other country like Australia 

i'm not sure bro...letz get our finger crossed and hope that these refurbished set are SAFE to use and PROB FREE!!!

refer to THIS thread on look on the list of contry with their code for the iphone model...u will get the answer... 

after do some google on it i found out that mb716 is iphone 3g..but can detect which country its made for..

if the last code is LL should be usa set mate..

they u go..u should know it from earlier...just type ur model on google search and it will pop out the answer..wonder why u cant find it...dunno how u search it...

actually thats the important part to know its from which country mate..u should read THIS thread to know better about iphone mate...
