i have several questions about asus n hope u guys can help

1.How good is the battery life of A43sv? (normal use, not gaming)
2.How good is the battery life of N43sl? (normal use, not gaming)
3.Does N43sl has optimus?

what if the n43sl is on optimus saving?

isit hot when playing games?
since the laptop is quite slim, i have been thinking if the air ventilation cacated or heatsink reduced in size.

a43sv without optimus..4 n half hours..
n43sl with optimus.. 4 hours +.

im comparing with a43sv which doesnt have optimus and running gt540m all the time.
how come got same battery life. :/

asus is sure confusing. LOL

cannot review much now, since i bought it 2 hours ago.. and now still burning recovery disc.. (disc 3 of 5)
Later ill give my thoughts about this laptop.

but for now, id say, I love the keyboard! <3
at first, the non chiclet keyboards draw me back.. but after using the keyboard, i kinda love it lol. the keyboard feels more like dekstop keyboard instead of normal laptop
its a lil deeper when pressed.
Oh and yeah, B & O speaker is quite nice. id say, pretty good for laptop. but only few hint of bass can be heard.

It has Optimus. thats all for now, imma tell more soon after i played around with this new baby. haha

5 DVDs of recovery, And ALOT of bloatware. Asus is sure a Bloatware-loving company.

Im still collecting data for this laptop . (temp while game, idle etc etc)

I found 1 thing cacated which is e-driver.. before i run edriver, everything works good.. and no lags in game.
but when i run e-driver, the program recomend me to install ATK, and 2 item i cant remember.. not a bloatware for sure.. I thought it was update..
But after i ran the program, my system gone crazy lol.

Atk 0100 not found.
p4g can be run in asus only..
and few more errors show everytime i restart pc..

and i played mw2, happen to have a lot of lagspike. ( on gt540)..

so i restore back to the time where i dint install the e-driver.. everything went back normal >.>
anyone know what causes it? or its simply a bug from e-driver?

i am still lagging. as in frame skip
how to install bios? lol. i never flash a bios before
mine is ver 301 btw

edit: i found the problem.. its the connection. anyone else having the same prob with me? the wifi isnt stable. any fix?

yeah i oso cant find the uninstaller. lol.
but i simply deleted the folder, and registry.

but in the end, i opt for new clean install of win 7 ultimate. (am burning the boot disc now )

i bought for 2580 with rm20 logitech mouse and rm 25 Thermalmaster c1 bundled.
Im pretty sure i can get it lower, but my dad was in a hurry yesterday. only manage to get 2580.
O well, its his credit card anyway. LOL

on idle 40-50c.. averaging at 45... on intense gaming, shoots up to 68c..
not its not good since its plastic. lol
buy coolermaster notepal u2 instead.. its aluminium and movable fan. rm69 only, and read review that it is very good.
tho, n43sl tak banyak lubang bawah

my win 7 ultimate is AHEM wan.

yes and yes.
but try to avoid using battery and ac at once.. since heat will spoil the battery. thats what ppl told me

my temp. Normal use (wifi, browsing and high perfomance mode) is around 50c

edit: oh wait,, ure using cooler.. ok thats high. lol. if on cooler, im idling at 45c

edit 2: sorry again. lol. 45c is the temp. of normal use.
i left my laptop to idle abit, and it drops to 38c with cooler.

i saw one at Digital Mall. forgot the shop name
left side hotter because the heatsink is at the left side.. n43 is lacking of lubang
the main lubang is below the palmrest i guess

Oh, ure using A53sv.. Mine is N43sl
maybe because of different design thus different cooling effectivenes. I dont have aircond also, and in a small closed room. without cooler, its around 40-42c at idle.. but increased to 43-48c on lite use. (browsing net, copy files here n there + music)
