hey i got by blackberry 9900 about 3 weeks ago and noticed that it restarts randomly at times. Maybe 2 to 3 times a day. Any reason for this? ive resetted it to factory settings and deleted all apps.. still the same problem. Anyone experiencing this?

may i ask what firmware does 9900 comes with if were to purchase by next week?

Guys, is there something wrong with Blackberry Protect? I keep backing it up from the phone and also tried backing it up online via my PC at home.

But the Blackberry Protect doesn't show my latest back up file...instead it shows the latest back up file as the one I backed up wayyy back in September??

Is it OK if I dont use a BlackBerry charger? Instead of blackberry charger I use my HTC charger which is also a Micro USB charger (I am using a HTC AC Adaptor with Nokia CA-101D MicroUSB cable) because it charges so much faster because the cable is short

no prob at all..should be ok..im using many type of charger..most important is micro usb charger.. dun put nokia 3310 charger

Btw i noticed when call people, suddenly while talking its like its being muted although it is not, and it Doesnt say disconnected either..

And the person on the other side always says cannot hear me clearly like i am in a noisy environment eventhough i am in my room alone..

any micro usb can do.. i am using my Seagate HDD cable.. works fine..

about the lenght tak sure panjang or pendek makes any diffrence.. as long as theres current.. it will charge at the same rate..
