@jkaitan, did you update your mouse driver / firmware to the latest ones? If you did, try plugging it to different USB port. If still doesn't work, try to plug your mouse to another pc see if it is working, before sending it for warranty.

What makes you think it is not? It's an OEM mousepad if I'm not mistaken. And if were to argue saying, it's not in the razerzone.com. Well, remember the DA transformer edition? You only can see it at here. That's if you get what I meant. =)

Just noticed that the BWU back lite can glow like how the DA logo light does. Or did somebody mentioned it before?

Agreed. Somehow felt that BWU key cap is kinda fragile. But for a mechanical keyboard with back lite, audio jack with that kind of price, can't expect more eh? (My p.o.v) =)

Razer don't sell the tron mouse pad alone itself, yes? It comes bundle with the mouse. From the review, the mouse pad glow thingy only works with the tron mouse. IIRC la. =)

Buying razer is depending on luck eh? Some got perfect unit, while some got manufacturer defect unit. But since few threads back, most of the razer buyers were quite unlucky. From what I read at this razer thread so far la. =D

The last time I checked 1 week back, the tron mouse only sells bundle at Sri Computer. Priced about 400 plus. Maybe they brought in the mouse only. But Everydying said ban leong didn't bring in the mouse. They brought in the bundle with the mouse pad only.

I had the barracuda headset before. If paired with the sound card, perfect. The headset vibrates because of the bass. =D

You can't get the sound card unless some retailers still keep some old stocks. It has been discontinued for quite some time already. Cost about 600 bucks iirc.

Don't think you can. All hard surface eats up the mouse glides very fast. Especially the Ironclad. My DA feet almost gone botak ady. Have to change to cloth pad which explain why I got the qck.

But then again, mouse like mamba. Wan better tracking, hard surface it is. Iirc, if use mamba with cloth surface the tracking not that good compared to hard surface. no?

EDIT: Dunno am I slowpoke or what. Just for guide with forumers that wanna get a gaming mouse but dunno which mouse to get. For razer mouse, you can go to razerzone.com -> go to product -> gaming mice -> gaming mouse advisor. Click on that, then go to the configurator. A few question been asked, and a mouse will be recommended. same goes to mouse surface and also keyboard.

Yours should be the normal edition. The size difference. The asia pro gaming edition is smaller, iinm la.

Bought from razerzone, I think you have to send to Singapore razer or Hong kong. Email razerzone ppl and ask them. I think zandara can help you. He claimed before.

Actually you can clean them using fiber cloth. That's if you are hardworking la. =) I sold mine (age of item almost 2 years) for RM140. BW Ultimate, should be about RM350-RM390 depends on sellers. But I got mine for RM345.
