p/s: eh, you said before 12.41 radio is good for RCMix. Now trying 12.48 ..? Btw, tried 4 radio (12.28b stock, 12.41 GB S, 12.35d GB S and 12.48 unknown), i still feel 12.48 is a good mix with RCMix for now. Maybe different user got different experience i guess.

i think i know your problem. You installed theme + build in LauncherPro (without +) is it..?

Of course cannot resize, because it's just a normal LauncherPro.

To solve it, you need to delete the normal LauncherPro le.

1) DHD's battery are bad, that's true.

2) Thanks to developers & custom rom, manage to save battery. Can see huge different now.

3) If you said DHD 1.5GB internal memory are low, got a few other devices which the internal memory are lower than this device. It can store about 100++ something apps by just using internal memory.

4) If you want to flash custom rom based on your details, can flash either ARHD 3.3 (some say 3.3 better than 3.5), or LeeDroid 2.2.3. Both of these is Froyo OS rom. If you want to try Gingerbread OS rom, you can choose RCMix. You choose.

p/s: if you really need to move certain apps to SD, i guess you need LeeDroid rom because it has A2SD Patch (App 2 SD).
