is flash rom easy and can be easily revert to stock rom?

OK. I have restarted my phone and the same thing happened.
Still the same error message when updating or downloading from the market.

Actually these last few days; something weird happened to my phone.
Out of the sudden, the song inside the phone will be playing by itself.
You cannot turn off the sound because it is not played through the media player.
As if; it is being infected with a bug. The only thing to do is by restarting the phone.
So, far it has happened 3 times.

Has somebody experience this issue? Really need some advise on what to do. Thks.
