1) Ensure your PVR is updated with the latest software
2) Ensure the HDMI cable is working and able to view HD channels
3) Ensure the installer choose the correct video setting at your preference - Fit to Screen, LB or etc
4) Ensure the installer set the audio to digital if your home theatre system can support HDMI and dolby digital audio
5) Ensure the new remote control is working, ie., all buttons are responding well.

This will happen when Assthrow add new channels or update your list of channels in your set.

Depends on your tv.. if full hd and higher specs, the PQ will be better.

PQ = picture quality

Plasma full HD with neo plasma gives the better PQ.

More like bandwidth constraint to me. Maximise the bandwidth resources with Assthrow Failed Movies rather than improving the PQ and AQ of many channels.

Assthrow Failed is going to show chinese movie - Wu Xia which is more than 1 month old from the cinema. Where got 2 weeks right after premier screening from the cinema as earlier promised? Still want to charge RM15 + 6% GST for so old movie? Who would be those "kambing" subscribers?

That's why they are the Assthrow "kambing". Sure fail the Matematik in school for those "kambing". hehe.. RM15 + 6%GST for 48 hours vs RM4 per pieces with unlimited viewing.

Like I said before, Tak Mahal Tak Beli... Baru Ada Gaya!!!!!
