*corrected* is every 3months... Once you click the T & C then they will no longer send any statement to your mailling address... If you wanted the lastest then you go to your account summary/details and click the transaction history then click on your web browers....Previously is every 6months but now is every 3months... If your account balance fall below RM 1k then they will send the statement to you....

I think you should request for a hard copy of your statement with showing your reasonable problem.

I only can get the 3 months back only.

Write to them from within Maybank2u. I was able to get my savings account PDF statement for April 2012.

Is there any requirement or reason to ask for months years back??? B'cos I wanted to ask for certain month but is like a year back....

They never asked me. My reason was to check for LHDN payment, they paid me back but I never noticed, so I requested for a statement.

so far only got company charge for paper statement, never heard such thing as charging for estatement yet

Yes ... @sandsorry did open a thread just for himself. It's another case of those who don't bother reading and want direct answers quick just because they think they deserve / quantify it. Pure downright selfishness and demonstation of wanting to be spoon fed.
