I have a Maybank Visa Electron card + saving account & linked it to maybank2u. As everyone know they don't provide hard copy statement.

Is there anyway I could get a recent hard copy account statement? I don't need it very month. I just need a copy for verification purposes.

Any advise is appreciated. Thank you.

You can request for a hardcopy statement from M2U. This is what I got from there:

You should get a hard copy statement from Maybank once every 6 months. Well, it's after Jun and December to be precise unless you have enrolled for eStatement on M2U.

By the way, it's a regular VISA debit card and not a VISA Electron. Both are different products and Maybank doesn't offer VISA Electron.

Just go to atm and select mini statement, a small receipt will print out on the spot with your current/pass translation.

I stand corrected. It was a VISA debit card. I somehow mixed up with my Public Bank VISA card

Print this mini statement from ATM machine got any charges? or limited one month how many times??

This is e-Statement.

Hardcopy statement is the printed copy of the e-Statement and mailed to your mailing address.

hey, i wanna print my latest maybank statement.
i search in m2u just now, and click statements...
but the latest statement appear in PDF format is only until 30/6/2011.
How if i wanna print the latest statement online which the date is today?

For Maybank savings account, the statement only comes out once every 6 months. 30/6 and 31/12 to be exact.

aiyah....mean if i only want August statement, then i need request from bank?

never got any saving account statement

I did tried asking the bank staff to print the saving statement via Maybank2u. They did it and signed to certified it true. It's free too. But this was few months back. Don't know if they still doing it.
