see you in delve then.

edit: serious answer
you can say whatever you want but being pushed back to one region from 4/5 region is a loss. Call it whatever you want, strategic retreat or whatever but BoB manage to lose all their friends and regions over the past 5 to 6 months. From gaining sov in tenerifis in 9-9 and having multiple pets in feyth and fountain to losing everything and turtling in delve. Don't tell me that is nice.

Anyway I am sure we will continue to fight with BoB and make it unfun for bob piots to log in and play.
I'm being serious, logically thinking...do you even think a mere 2.7K member alliance can hold such vast space without having other ppl babysitting it? Common, be realistic. I know you're enjoying yourself gaining all those space which we used to hold...but we are also enjoying what we have now as more pew pew is happening within our doorstep BUT MC+Co. is still not wanting to engage

With their recent agenda, it's disapointing that they don't wanna engage us even if they have 50 Carriers (as per last night).
You see, the prob is that alot of alliance out there don't really understand and have a clear understandings of what they want and what can be done to continue enjoying EVE. If you're in a big alliance and have small space, then pls...go out and invade other space to get bigger area of influence. But, if you're not in a big alliance and have too much space, there is just not enough people to defend all of those space and you need to set priority to which space you want to defend most. In this case, we as BoB knows our priority and retreat back months ago. We don't just continue bashing our head on the wall and expect it to break...wasting resources where it is not needed.
If you've seen our reaction in our forums when Molle asked for a pull back, you'll be stunned. The amount of ppl wanting to just fall back is insane...we find stretching ourselves too far out from home without many alliance that can defend themselves without our pressence. Also, the main reason for this is that we wanna collect rent from alliances that wish to stay within our region. After finding out it's not profitable, we retreat...hence you get where we are today

Loosing renters within our space is inevitable and yes it's a loss i have to admit, but what can a landlord do when their renters aren't happy and have no place to go? It's a common sense that they'll just fold and change landlord (if they're renting from new owners

). As to making BoB pilots not logging in due to hostile making it unfun to play...it wont happen. You can try, but it wont happen. PVP is what we want, warfare is what we want...this is what makes it enjoyable in a game such as EVE as it's so open ended.
Added on January 5, 2008, 6:03 pmAnd errr btw, seeing us in Delve is so 2005...Delve is our main region, loosing the rest of the region is not gonna make us fold. Yes neighbouring regions are important but lossing them by just evacuating the place or without a fight is another matter. How many alliance out there that you can find which just abandon certain region to fall back and fortify their main area of operation?
Too many unforseen events which makes it hard for our war to be clear...one minute a bandwagon is hitting us, next minute they fold even before properly sieging our space. Then a new group emerged and called themselves RSF, followed by a more proper invasion and next we see MC and friends turning around and screwing our back (pls, if you have no idea what happened with MC...don't start).
War in 0.0 space is an on-going thing, the trick to it is holding ground, be a major force and the ability to attack OR defend when needed. Loosing a region and then moving to other region to rebuild is not really that promising

Those, we can see alot of alliance out there doing it...not BoB.
