I have a question on playing mp4 files on the O2X. Im on CM7 nightly #56 and i cant play mp4 files. Using the default 'Movies' to open the mp4 file from File Manager i only get sound. Same goes to Rock Player and rMovie Player. Suggestions anyone?

Try to install 3rd party movie player?

Lot of people comparing S2 with Optimus2x, i will suggest them, use the extra Rm500 for S2 to get LOT LOT spare battery to solve the battery drain fast on Optimus2x.

Performance tweak and battery life improvement is what i heard from v10d user, ask heavencloud, i think he flash v10d before.

using mcr 17 seems it's v10d.... battery life satisfy me as maybe i am light users. can stand up to 2day and 13 hours including flashing updating baseband

if i flash to v10d already..than i wan take to Lg malaysia for warranty claim..still able to do? Or i need to flash back v10b?

And for those who wondered about which country's stock rom to flash, it's depend on you.
Every different countries stock rom provides different language support.

If not wrong I heard the latest smartflash stock rom is China v10K, which is 1.6GB large (with lots of bloatware)
After removing those bloatwares I think it's the best stock rom on user experience and performance wise

IMHO you better flash back to v10b and baseband 0405

Just now thinking to flash V10d cause hear some people say v10d battery drain issue much more better than v10b. But in the end found the v10d HongKong version already expired session.
Btw, just for sharing, currently i using v10b baseband 0614 and install the stock performance pack from Paul..It working actually fine and battery life is quite satisfy already compare with previous. Btw, i was a light user just mostly on 3G and check email and Whatapps only. So far the battery life can stand 1 whole days for me at outside, almost 6~8 hours. But i gonna to warranty claim because my phone will turn off and HANG when phone temperature up to 37 celsius and above, LG ask me to warranty claim regarding this issue.

In contact display option, i prefer show only on gmail contacts, but when i add a new contact, it not show up in the gmail contact list ,but only in LG PC Suite contact..... why ah...?? Thanks.......
