I just bought this phone from Blue Cube last week and i really noob in root and flashing the phone. I'm plan go to Lowyat to buy a 16g class 10 micro sd card today ( around how much ah..?).... Can i know which shop in Low Yat can offer the latest root and flash service.... thanks

Is this mean i have to download the Hong Kong firmware v10D into SD card but not in your computer?? Thanks.......

Can i know the rooting and flashing will take how long time?? ( I have downloaded all the files) Thanks........

After i completed the root.... i do flashing as below:
1. After flashing CWM you get ready your firmware you just downloaded.
2. Plug in USB and enable Mass Storage.
3. Put it inside your EXTERNAL SD card (Not INTERNAL)
4. After it's done, turn off your phone.
5. Turn it on while pressing power button + volume down button until the 'ANDROID' word shows.
*Hands off and scroll through the menu with volume up/down button.
*Power button is like 'enter' in CWM.
6. Scroll down and choose 'wipe data/factory reset'.
7. Optional Step (?) Choose 'advanced' and choose 'wipe dalvid cache'
8. After wiping it you choose 'install zip from sdcard'
9. Then choose 'choose zip from sdcard'
10. Choose the firmware zip and confirm.

untill i confirm and select the zip(v10d); it show:
Finding update package....
Opening update package...
installing update..
Installation aborted.

I have tried many times... where i did wrong....??
please help......

shouldn't i off and on the phone as the stsp by step guide in the 1st page..?? You mean i should flash the firmware through the ROM Manager?? Thanks...

Yes. i have done flashing CWM in recovery. and then i just follow the first page step by step guide..... as below:

after i can't update the new firm... you advised me to reflash Clockwork MOD, but all my data in phone all gone... so i go to market to download the Rom manager again and flashing CWM in recovery again.... then continue the step by step..but still shown:

Finding update package....
Opening update package...
installing update..
Installation aborted.

What is my next step...?? Thanks..

Bro, I flashing from v10b to v10d which i downloaded from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1035041 and save it into my xternal SD card.

In contact display option, i prefer show only on gmail contacts, but when i add a new contact, it not show up in the gmail contact list ,but only in LG PC Suite contact..... why ah...?? Thanks.......

Yes, i choose show in gmail contact only, but it not in the gmail contact list, then i check in the LG PC Suite, the new contact is in there... I even porposely create a new contact in display option for gmail only... it still not in the gmail contact......
